A leadership role requires skills, knowledge and ability to manage people, teams, and situations teams effectively and with due consideration of the context the leader is leading in. Leadership roles in organisations can be both formal and informal, the leadership principles on display shape and guide the organisation in specific units, departments and projects.  

Excellent leaders can positively influence others using their abilities and influence to achieve an optimum result for all. This programme is for you if you are moving into a coaching or leadership role, or moving to a more senior leadership role in an organisation. The Diploma can help those considering such a move to explore their own skills as a leader and learn how to hone and enhance them.

The Diploma in Leadership and Management aims to enhance your practical leadership skills, awareness, impact, and judgement. It will help you become a more confident, well-rounded, and inspirational leader. This programme is designed for both aspiring and existing managers to gain an in-depth understanding of leadership fundamentals and best practices.

Graduates of the Diploma in Leadership and Management can take on roles where they lead a team or a unit within an organisation, whether for specific projects or on a more permanent basis. This ranges from team leader positions to leading an entire organisation. Graduates can also explore mentoring (guiding and advising less senior colleagues) and coaching opportunities within their current organisation or in other industries, using the transferable skills learned in the Diploma.
